About the presenter

Jess Francis is an occupational therapist, consultant, and educator specialising in AI and digital health. With over a decade of experience in clinical practice and healthcare innovation, she integrates AI into her daily work to enhance efficiency, reduce admin burden, and improve client care. Jess has worked in the digital health and startup sectors, co-founding and leading a digital health company alongside her clinical practice.

She currently serves as the Chair of the NSW Divisional Council for Occupational Therapy Australia and on the OTA NDIS National Reference Group, contributing to the profession’s future. With a Master of Science (Research) in Virtual Reality applications in healthcare, Jess is passionate about helping allied health professionals harness AI tools, like AI scribes, to work smarter, not harder.
